We are now looking for a colleague to join our physiotherapist team to drive and develop physiotherapy services together with us at Norra Fäladen Health Centre!

Norra Fäladen Health Centre is undergoing strong development, where we improve our operations through a clear educational focus and a well-structured working method to best meet our patients' needs. We currently have approximately 10,800 registered patients. The health centre operates within the framework of Hälsovalet and is accredited for child health services.

We have approximately 45 employees, and our work group consists of specialists in general medicine, ST-doctors, AT-doctors, district nurses, nurses, medical secretaries, healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists. A dietitian is linked to us remotely.

In our premises, we have, among other things, clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, and elderly care. We are also responsible for two nursing homes, Norrdala and Reimersdal, and we are part of Lund's first family centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist with us, you will have a varied and stimulating job. We treat patients of different ages with varying complaints from the musculoskeletal system. Physiotherapy is the first point of contact regarding injuries and pain in the musculoskeletal system. Your task is to meet our patients' needs through examination, treatment, and prevention. We work evidence-based according to the physiotherapy process. In your role, you assess both chronic and acute conditions, follow up on patient rehabilitation, lead group activities, and conduct telephone assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physiotherapist or alternatively a physical therapist with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Knowledge of Swedish at level C1 or higher according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Previous experience within primary care is meritorious. It is also an advantage if you have further education in OMT (Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy) and/or OMI (Orthopedic Manual Intervention) as well as experience with the medical record system PMO.
